Q: How long does it take to get set up?
A: The onboarding process is simple and only takes a few minutes. If you are familiar with DNS records, you can be fully protected in 5 minutes or less. If you need a helping hand, we provide free migration assistance.
Q: How does the quarantine work?
A: Suspicious messages are held in a secure quarantine on MXGuardian’s servers. Administrators and/or end-users can login to view quarantined messages and release them if necessary.
Q: Is there a daily quarantine report?
A: Yes. You can configure quarantine reports to go out once a day at a specified time, or even multiple times per day. You can have one report that goes to an administrator, or have individual reports sent to each user.
Q: Will it cause my messages to be delayed?
A: You will not notice any significant delay in the delivery of your messages. Most messages are received, processed, and sent back out within a matter of seconds.
Q: Can I control the level of filtering?
A: Yes. Our easy to use, web-based control panel allows you to login and manage your account settings on a global level or for an individual user. You can create allow & block lists as well as adjust thresholds for detecting spam.
